Practice deep abdominal breathing. Its a easy way to distress and detoxify the whole system. Chest breathing to be avoided at all costs. This increases BP and we will be prone to host of diseases.

Get out when the situation gets out. Apply speed breaker or mental break. Very easy way.

Anger is due to inability to control something. Understand we never control any thing. Life is beyond our control. It is HIS will that everything happens. Submit yourself to Him. A true servant surrenders always and never questions or argues.

Eat the right food and as much avoid the negative foods.

Practice the Yogasanas everyday, particularly Savasana, forward bends, and Sarvangasana.

Understand the philosophy ephemeral nature of life of life and pray to God. Sometimes, anger builds up as a result of one's imagination conjuring up the worst outcome of a situation or presuming the worst motive or intent on the part of another person. One key to controlling anger is to first control the mind. Mind is controlled by God, hence the name Hrishikesha- Krsna. So chant His divine names. It’s the ultimate of all the measures. Associate with devotees and saints.

Abdominal breathing, Sithali, Sithakari Pranayama and Chanting.

Satvic Food

Most vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy whole grains, honey, jaggery

Promotes life, vitality, energy, health, happiness, delicious, soft, and agreeable.

Home made without onion, garlic, drumstick

Ultimately the food is offered to Lord Krsna

Rajasic food
BG 17.9

Garlic, onion, fish, eggs, coffee, tea and hot spices

Both avoidable and prohibited to remain yogic

Bitter, over-hot, astringent, dry, producing bodily pain, grief, disease, hyperactive

Tamasic food
BG 17.10

Include meat, stale food, processed food, and stale or overripe food, pickles.

Stale, stinking, lacking flavor, unclean, scrap (yama)

Renders body dull, heavy and sleepy.

Some useful tips

Switch to 2 meal system with 1 fruit session step by step

Eat more in day time and less in night time

Fruit fasting of plantains, apples, papaya, melons and musk melons once in a week for 3 Mo

Juice fasting of apple, orange, pomegranate, or tulsi tea with honey only for once a week for 3 Mo

Mental preparation on previous day

Practice this till U achieve desired weight
